The practice of Dr. Doryumu & colleagues with locations in Landstuhl and Kaiserslautern is approved for all statutory health insurance companies, private insurance companies and self-paying patients. In addition, there is the option of billing via TRICARE at the Landstuhl location.<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Statutory health insurance: Services that we provide for statutory health insurance patients are billed to your health insurance company. Simply bring your insurance card with you to your treatment appointment. If we provide services that are not covered by statutory health insurance, you will receive a cost estimate before the start of treatment. The invoice for these services will then be sent to you directly later.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    1. For privately insured patients, the Fee Schedule for Dentists (Geb\u00fchrenordnung f\u00fcr Zahn\u00e4rzte, GOZ) applies. You will first receive a cost estimate for the planned treatment and, once it is completed, an invoice that you can submit to your private health insurance company. The amount of this reimbursement depends on your individual insurance plan.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      1. As a self-payer, you bear the costs of the therapy privately. In this case, patient data will not be passed on to the health insurance company.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
